As a Strategic Alliance with "The Speed Shop," owned and operated by Jason Floyd. All paint and body services are done by The Speed Shop's comprehensive process, which starts with stripping the body to metal and applying a premium epoxy primer. Our skilled team makes all necessary sheet metal repairs and adjusts door and fender gaps. The application of filler and primer guarantees a flawless block for precise straightness. The painting consists of three coats of base and three coats of clear, followed by a detailed cut and buff for an outstanding finish.

Classic cars typically undergo multiple paint jobs over the years, averaging around three to four. These vehicles often have body damage and rust that is not noticeable.  A comprehensive stripping process is essential; this can be achieved through mechanical stripping or media blasting. This careful method ensures a clean surface for the application of a new, high finish.

Immediately after the body is stripped, it is coated with a high-quality Epoxy Primer as a protective and durable base coat, particularly for metal surfaces. This prevents corrosion and rust by sealing out moisture and oxygen and provides a strong foundation for subsequent body fillers, primers, and paint layers.

Commitment to quality involves removing all dents, replacing any damaged sheet metal, skillfully adjusting the gaps of doors and fenders, and mocking up all chrome and associated body parts before any paint work begins.

The application of primer, fillers, and blocking ensures the creation of straight panels while maintaining the integrity of the vehicle's natural body lines. We apply fillers with precision, measuring between 1/64 to 1/16 of an inch, to achieve a superior finish without compromising on quality.

The basic paint jobs consist of three coats of high-performance basecoats on top of the appropriate sealer, followed by three coats of  mid- to high-grade clearcoat.  The finish is cut and buffed to a mirror reflection finish.
