Standard Packard 56 connectors
American Autowire kits come equipped with Packard-type 56 quick connectors, which were the standard electrical connectors for American-made cars from the 1950s to the 1980s. These connectors are utilized in the engine compartment and various other parts of the vehicle.
Packard 56 connectors are known for their ability to withstand extreme temperatures, vibrations, and moisture, making them a reliable choice for automotive wiring. They are also easy to install and maintain, which helps save time and effort during the wiring process.
It is important to note that Packard 56 connectors do not provide protection from oxidation, so proper maintenance is necessary to avoid any issues with terminal oxidation.

Optional Weather Pack Connectors
Weather Pack Connectors are offered as an upgrade option for exterior connections like fog lights, parking, backup lamps, and engine connections.
Weather Pack, formerly known as Delphi or Delphi Packard Weatherpack, are popular wire connectors commonly used in automotive applications as they seal against moisture, dust and dirt. Weather Pack Connectors can withstand exposure to extreme temperatures, moisture, harsh engine compartment fluids and chemicals.

Optional Molex Connectors
Molex connectors provide a practical solution for audio connections, offering a convenient alternative to closed-end connectors. These connectors facilitate a reliable low-current connection without the bulkiness associated with a cluster of closed-end connectors. Additionally, Molex connectors allow for effortless disconnection of components, making them a versatile choice for audio setups.
